ba997 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ba997", "we", "us" or "our" refers to ba997, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ba997.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions of that platform.
• "Platform" means the ba997 website, any associated mobile applications, all game interfaces, the sports betting system, the live casino environment, the player account management system and any other digital services made available by ba997.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ba997 platform or accesses any ba997 service in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon registration, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals and account management are conducted.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions and other content made available to registered Players through the ba997 platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount held in a Player's ba997 Account balance, whether derived from deposits or credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, free spin credit or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a ba997 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that all Players must complete before requesting a withdrawal from their ba997 Account.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which ba997 player accounts are denominated.

References to any statute, regulation or legal requirement are to that provision as amended, extended or re-enacted from time to time. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

To register and maintain an active Account on the ba997 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ba997 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. Any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the ba997 platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address.
• You must not already hold an existing ba997 Account. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All activity on your Account must be conducted by you personally, using your own funds.
• You must not be self-excluded from the ba997 platform or subject to any cooling-off period or suspension imposed by ba997.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to ba997 that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. ba997 reserves the right to close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met, with or without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ba997 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication on your Account where this feature is available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the ba997 platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify ba997 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

ba997 will not be liable for any loss, damage or harm resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified ba997 of a security breach in advance of that activity occurring.

ba997 reserves the right to lock or suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. ba997 will notify the Account holder by email in such circumstances unless doing so would compromise a fraud investigation.

ba997 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. ba997 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• ba997 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ba997 accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited into your ba997 Account may only be used for gaming and betting activity on the ba997 platform. ba997 does not pay interest on Account balances.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ba997 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified Account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• ba997 targets a withdrawal processing time of 60–90 minutes for verified Accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times outside these hours may be longer.
• ba997 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for fraud prevention, AML compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Account has an outstanding active bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.

ba997 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the Bonus Funds being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after this period will be forfeited.
• ba997 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active use.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household address and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in Account termination.
• ba997 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where such a limit applies, it will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable game contribution rates will be published in the relevant promotion terms.

All games and betting products offered on the ba997 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wagering any funds.

• All bets and game outcomes on the ba997 platform are final once confirmed by the system. ba997 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets or game rounds except in the limited circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ba997 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked funds to the Player's Account. ba997 will not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued but for the malfunction.
• All casino games offered on the ba997 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physically dealt cards and wheels operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that bet. ba997 is not obliged to honour odds that were erroneously displayed due to a technical error.
• ba997 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, arbitrage betting patterns or any other form of irregular wagering activity.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the relevant interface. ba997 reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba997 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of Account balances, pending withdrawals and Bonus Funds:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, AI system or other technological device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in the platform's games or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing or any other form of coordinated or dishonest play.
• Conducting any transaction through the platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Abusing the ba997 bonus system through bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making a deposit with a fraudulent payment instrument.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ba997 staff, support agents or other players in any communication channel.

ba997 reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspected prohibited conduct and to share information with relevant authorities, payment processors and other gaming operators where required by law or where it serves the legitimate interest of fraud prevention.

ba997 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount of money they are able to deposit within a given period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is reached, and the Player will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic pop-up notifications at intervals of their choosing, reminding them of how long they have been playing and how much they have wagered during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the ba997 platform. Temporary self-exclusions can be extended but not shortened. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable. During any self-exclusion period, ba997 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing their Account.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players who wish to take a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

ba997 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed and any remaining balance returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to verification. Any unauthorised use of ba997's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba997's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the ba997 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba997 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if ba997 was aware of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
• Any loss arising from the Player's inability to access the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, internet disruption or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error or data feed failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ba997's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ba997 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ba997 Privacy Policy.

ba997 uses your personal data for the following principal purposes:

• Account registration, verification and management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and complying with AML and KYC obligations.
• Delivering the gaming and betting services you have requested.
• Communicating with you about your Account, promotions and platform updates.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering and other prohibited conduct.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the ba997 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the ba997 platform and may request the closure of your Account and the return of your available real-money balance.

ba997 recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

ba997 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where ba997 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose ba997 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• The Account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently by a third party.
• The Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Player, ba997 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after completing any required due diligence checks. Where an Account is terminated due to the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, ba997 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance to the extent necessary to cover any losses, costs or liabilities incurred as a result of that breach.

Players may also close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ba997 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following KYC verification.

In the event of any dispute, claim or complaint arising out of or in connection with the ba997 platform or these Terms & Conditions, Players are required to follow the procedure set out in this section before pursuing any other remedy.

Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player must first submit a written complaint to the ba997 support team by email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, including the Account username, a description of the issue, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and any supporting documentation. ba997 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours.

Step 2 — Internal Review: ba997 will conduct a thorough internal review of the complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days of receipt. Where the complaint involves a complex technical or financial issue, ba997 may request an extension of this timeframe, of which the Player will be notified in writing.

Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the Player may escalate the matter by written notice to ba997 within 30 days of receiving the internal review response. ba997 will arrange a final review at a senior level and issue a final written determination.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising hereunder shall be interpreted in accordance with the general principles of commercial fairness. ba997 is committed to resolving all Player disputes promptly, fairly and transparently.
